The iPad edition

If you are writing about the iPad app, it helps to name the puzzle (its kind and its date), your iPadOS version, and what you expected to happen. The app keeps everything on your device, so there is no account for us to look into — your description is all we have to go on.

The daily puzzle on this site

Your entries and your streak live in your browser, not on our server. Clearing your browsing data clears them, and there is no account that could bring them back. Nothing else here asks you to sign in.

The letter

Every letter carries an unsubscribe link that takes you off the list at once. If it does not work, write to us and we will do it by hand.
